About Us
The Rotary E-Club of Naguru was chartered on 29th June 2021 and officially admitted into Rotary International under District 9213 with 20 charter members. Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Kampala Naguru, the club operates with a Constitution and By-laws that align with Rotary International’s policies and charitable purposes.
Since its inception, the club has grown to 31 members. Our membership is diverse, representing members from Nine countries (Uganda, Norway, United Kingdom, Papua New Guinea, Kenya, India, Syria, Myanmar and Ethiopia). Members in Uganda are based in districts like Moroto, Gulu, Kampala, Mukono, Hoima, Mbarara, and Wobulenzi.
The club maintains weekly virtual fellowships every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, along with quarterly hybrid meetings that bring together both virtual and physical attendees. These meetings are held at JACA Residence, Kisaasi, Kampala.

About our
Governance Structure
The club is governed by a Board of Directors that consists of 15 members, as outlined in Article 13, Section 1 of the Club By-laws. The Board includes the following positions:

- Treasurer
- Sergeant at Arms
- Seven Directors of Standing Committees
The Board plays a key role in the decision-making process, ensuring that all activities align with the club’s mission and Rotary International’s goals.
In addition, the club has Buddy groups are a strategic initiative to enhance onboarding, information sharing, and teamwork within the club. These groups are named after planets, symbolizing the virtual nature of the Rotary E-Club of Naguru. The three buddy groups are:
